Where therapeutic insight meets educational relevance

EDU360 College is a responsive, inclusive environment designed to support students with complex neurodevelopmental profiles, co-occurring conditions, and diverse learning needs.

We specialise in working with students in the middle – those who possess the cognitive potential to achieve accredited academic outcomes, but whose unique traits require nuanced understanding, structured support, and therapeutic integration.

Our students often present with multi-layered complexity:
Inconsistent academic performance due to dysregulation or unmet emotional needs.

Anxiety, sensory processing differences, executive functioning challenges, and trauma-informed behaviours.

Masked or misdiagnosed neurodivergence.

We are skilled at identifying what underpins these presentations using evidence-based techniques, clinical observation, and relational engagement to uncover root causes and build tailored support plans.

Therapeutic Integration Model

EDU360 College does not separate education from therapy – we integrate them.

Our model includes:

  • Daily Homegroup Mentorship
A structured, relational space that supports emotional regulation, routine, and readiness for learning.
  • Collaborative Case Management
Educators and therapists work together to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain consistency across settings.
  • Environmental Regulation Strategies
We apply the six-tier emotional regulation framework (self-, co-, partner-, pre-, post-, and environmental regulation) across all learning environments.
  • Strengths-Based Profiling
We use strength-based language and focus on capacity, potential, and adaptive functioning.

Curriculum Access and Accommodations

Our students access formal curriculum through:

  • Cambridge Academic Pathway Supports students aiming for IGCSE and AS Levels (optional: A Level)
  • BTEC Vocational Pathway (Level 2 and 3)

Accommodations are applied both informally (in-class support, sensory breaks, flexible pacing) and formally (exam access arrangements, differentiated assessment). We work closely with external therapists, psychologists, and referring professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Referral and Collaboration

At EDU360 College, we welcome referrals from professionals who understand the value of personalised, strengths-based education.

We work closely with:

Educational psychologists

Occupational therapists

Speech and language therapists

Clinical psychologists

SENCOs and inclusion specialists

Our intake process begins with a Discovery Time, a two-week, no-obligation opportunity for the student and their family to experience EDU360 College in action. During this time, we observe, engage, and reflect together to determine whether our environment, pathways, and support structures are the right fit. Equally, it allows us to assess how best to support the student’s goals, strengths, and needs.

This time is not an assessment opportunity. It’s a chance to build trust, ask questions, and co-create a best-fit pathway in partnership with the student, their family, and referring professionals. We maintain transparent communication throughout the journey, offering regular progress updates and inviting professionals to participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings. Our open-door policy ensures that collaboration is ongoing, respectful, and rooted in shared understanding.

Engage with us – your insight matters.
Together, we support students to move forward with confidence, clarity, and care.

Why Therapists Trust EDU360 College

Because we understand that social and emotional presentations can be complex.
We recognise that behaviour is a form of communication, and that this may reflect through both controlled and involuntary responses.

Because we know that regulation precedes education –
a guiding principle shared by our Principal, Jacqui McKelvey, who often reminds us: “We need to regulate before we educate.”

Because we believe that time spent is an investment – not a cost.
Intentional time with students improves outcomes and builds trust, resilience, and self-worth, and is well worth the investment. Every time.

Because we believe every student deserves a place where they are seen, supported, and set up for achievement.

At EDU360 College, we don’t just teach - we listen, we adapt, and we affirm.
